Do you take insurance?
Yes, we participate as an out of network provider with any plan that carries that benefit.
Do I have to pay for my appointments?
If you have out of network benefits, we will bill on your behalf and wait to be paid. You will only pay your coinsurance amount.
Do you have a sliding scale?
Yes, we employ a generous sliding scale based on financial need. You will be asked to provide the front page of your last tax return for documentation.
Do you specialize in specific therapy techniques?
Yes, we have a dozen staff members trained in a wide variety of techniques.
Do you specialize in specific disorders?
Yes, we treat a wide range of mental health and substance use disorders who employ a wide variety of therapeutic approaches.
Is teletherapy available?

Yes, all of our clinicians offer teletherapy. In-person sessions are available as well.

How do I get more information or begin therapy today?
Call, email, or text us today to get the process started and linked with our intake coordinator.
How do I get matched with a therapist?
Our intake coordinator will speak with you about your specific needs and background allowing us to make the best possible match with a clinician. You can always request a clinician, however, our therapists typically have waiting lists, so we will do our best to match you with someone specific.
What if you don’t have a therapist that’s right for me or I don’t match with your practice for some other reason?

We are committed to helping anyone who calls us find appropriate support. We are well connected with a significant number of therapists and agencies in our area and will help guide you to the right person.
