As billing manager for Willow Tree, she can help you navigate the complexities of insurance, and OON (out of network) benefits. Willow Tree is registered with most major carriers as an Out of Network (OON) practice. We will work with any insurance policy for billing that includes OON benefits, except for United Behavioral Health, and its related entities.

Willow Tree Therapy Services will ‘courtesy bill’ on your behalf, and will collect out-of-pocket expenses based on your insurance coverage (i.e. deductible, etc.), relieving much of the financial stress that can come with seeking psychotherapy.
